About Level One @ The National Hotel
The National Hotel is a restored heritage pub-hotel on High Street in central Fremantle. It has a ground-floor pub with live music, a first-floor restaurant and a rooftop bar above. Level One is the restaurant floor, and it doubles as the hotel's main function space. The room is light and finished in heritage style, with French doors opening onto a veranda that wraps around the building. Groups from 10 can reserve a section of the floor, or the whole level can be hired for up to 260 guests. Long tables suit a seated dinner, and the open floor and veranda work just as well for a cocktail-style party. Wedding receptions take exclusive use of the level, with dedicated bar access and the wraparound balcony to themselves. The hotel's 12 boutique rooms can be booked for the couple and guests who want to stay on. For smaller numbers, the rooftop bar takes functions for 10 to 60 guests with views over Fremantle.
