About Bull Creek Tavern

Bull Creek Tavern, which regulars call The Bully, is a suburban pub where South Street meets Benningfield Road in Bull Creek. It runs a Family Bistro, a Bistro Bar and a Sports Bar with 11 screens and 13 beers on tap. For private functions the tavern sets aside its Beer Garden, which seats up to 35 guests. The area has a retractable roof and gas heaters, so it works through summer heat and cooler winter nights alike. A 65-inch flat-screen TV is mounted in the Beer Garden, handy for a slideshow or for keeping the footy on in the background. It suits a birthday, an engagement, an anniversary or a smaller work get-together. Food comes either from the functions menu or straight off the bistro menu. The function platters each feed roughly ten people as a snack, with options such as lamb kofta skewers, arancini, calamari, party pies, picnic sandwiches and a hummus board. Drinks can run on an optional bar tab, and the venue supplies all food and drink for functions. There is no cakeage charge if you bring your own birthday or engagement cake. Bookings for the Beer Garden are essential. Send an enquiry with your date, guest numbers and the kind of event you are planning and the team will confirm the details.

Had dinner here 3 times. The food to be honest depends if you get lucky with the chef. Other than that it was a good experience.
