About Hit Studio Karaoke
Hit Studio Karaoke is a licensed karaoke venue at 64 Francis Street in Northbridge. Instead of one public stage, it rents out private rooms, so each group sings only to its own crowd. There are four room types. VIP 1 holds up to 26 guests, VIP 2 takes 20, the Medium room holds 12 and the Standard room suits up to eight. Each room is fitted with neon lighting, lounge seating and microphones, and the group picks its own songs. VIP 1 is pitched at bigger birthdays, hens nights and work functions. Rooms can be hired by the hour or as a three-hour package. Packages include a credit to spend on food and drinks, and Friday, Saturday and public holiday eves are priced higher than weeknights. The venue holds a liquor licence and every guest must be 18 or over. Food and drinks beyond any package credit are paid as you go. Bookings are requested through the venue, which then confirms the room and time. A two-hour minimum applies on Fridays and Saturdays, and Medium and VIP rooms need a deposit.

Three-hour weeknight packages cost $300 (with $200 credit) for Standard, $500 ($250 credit) for Medium, $600 ($300 credit) for VIP 2 and $800 ($500 credit) for VIP 1. On Friday, Saturday and public holiday eves the packages are $450 ($350 credit), $650 ($400 credit), $1,000 ($700 credit) and $1,200 ($900 credit).

How many guests can Hit Studio Karaoke take in one room?
VIP 1 holds up to 26 people. VIP 2 takes up to 20, the Medium room 12 and the Standard room eight.
What do the three-hour packages cost?
On weeknights the packages run from $300 for the Standard room to $800 for VIP 1. On Friday, Saturday and public holiday eves they range from $450 to $1,200.
Is food and drink included?
The hourly rate covers the room only. Three-hour packages include credit for food and drinks, from $200 in the Standard room on a weeknight up to $900 in VIP 1 on a weekend.
Is there a minimum booking time?
Yes. Bookings on Friday and Saturday must be at least two hours long. Medium and VIP room bookings also require a deposit, which the venue requests once the booking is confirmed.
Can under-18s come to a party?
No. Hit Studio Karaoke is a licensed venue and every guest must be 18 or older.
