About C.Y. O'Connor Village Pub
C.Y. O'Connor Village Pub is a family-owned pub in Piara Waters, open for lunch and dinner seven days. Its beef comes from the owners' own farm, where they raise Akaushi, a red wagyu breed, and it features right through the function menus. The Kathleen Room is the pub's private function room, upstairs with its own outdoor balcony. It suits seated meals of 10 to 28 or cocktail events of 20 to 48, and comes with free HDMI connection and webcam streaming for presentations. Outside, the Beer Garden takes function bookings of 20 to 200 guests, while the Entry Courtyard and Patio each hold up to 60. Function areas are roped off for your group with a cake and gift table, for up to four hours plus time to decorate. Canapé packages come in five, eight or ten bites, drawing on oysters, beef skewers, tartare and kofta. Charcuterie boards, slider trays, half-metre pizzas and dessert plates can be added for bigger crowds. Drinks can run through two free-flowing packages, a pre-paid bar tab or guests paying their own way. A private outdoor bar with a bartender, lawn games and large-format arrival cocktails are available as extras. A $100 deposit holds a date for seven days. Send an enquiry with your numbers and preferred area to start planning.
