About Seadrift Distillery
Seadrift Distillery is on Sydenham Road in Brookvale, and walking in, the mood shifts to industrial chic: five copper pot stills stand in the main room, a horseshoe-shaped concrete bar anchors the space, and a garden hangs overhead. It manages to feel intimate and a little bit special at the same time. Exclusive hire gives you the whole venue. The horseshoe bar seats 14, four to eight tables for four to six people can be arranged however you like, and a long table seats 27 for a sit-down meal; standing, it takes up to 60. There's also a private boardroom with full AV for meetings, and an outdoor area for welcome drinks. The staffed bar serves cocktails, premium non-alcoholic serves, wine and craft beer, on an open bar, guest-pays or mixed basis. Food can come from the venue — its wedding package includes a Mediterranean banquet — or you can bring your own caterer, with kitchen facilities available. It suits private birthdays, small weddings and engagements, pre-formal drinks, book launches and baby showers.
