About Rooftop Garden Bar @ New Brighton Hotel
New Brighton Hotel is on The Corso in the centre of Manly, and its Rooftop Garden Bar is only booked out as a whole, so your group gets the entire floor rather than a section. It's planted like a city garden, with an easy coastal mood, and the view stretches across Manly to Shelly Beach. The rooftop takes up to 75 standing or 60 seated. With the booking you get a bar that serves only your group, staffed by your own bartenders and waiters, plus bathrooms reserved for you and a lift that runs directly up to the roof, so nobody has to squeeze through the pub on the ground floor. A PA and a screen are provided, and the menu has plenty of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free choices. The rooftop can be booked any time from 10am to 11pm, so it works as well for a long lunch as for an evening party. Over Christmas the venue offers a Silver package at $7,000 all up, covering five hours of room hire, an antipasto grazing table, canapés, a dessert board and a $4,000 bar tab. For a Manly birthday, engagement or end-of-year party, few rooftops can be booked out completely like this one.

So this place is doing it all right. Well trained and attentive staff. Cold beer, great menu and plenty of screens to watch sport. Nice little TAB area as well if you’re a punter. Will be back here for sure.

Caught the Ferry over to checkout Manly Beach, stopped in for a couple of pints on the balcony at the New Brighton Hotel. Cold beer and a perfect little spot to sit & watch the world go by.
