It has been working events since 2015 and counts more than 2,700 of them, from birthdays and engagement parties to weddings, school formals, Christmas parties and brand activations. The emphasis is on image quality: most booths shoot on a DSLR with studio lighting, and guests take home either a print or a file they can share straight away. There are six main formats. The Classic Photo Booth prints 2x6 strips or 4x6 postcards in under ten seconds, with custom templates, props and a choice of backdrops. The Glam Booth gives a soft-lit, celebrity-style black-and-white portrait with a colour option. The Hollywood Booth is the budget-friendly pick, with a beauty filter and instant digital delivery. The AI Booth swaps backgrounds or turns guests into characters, the Matrix Booth fires several cameras at once for multi-angle clips, and the 360 Video Booth circles guests on a platform for slow-motion video. Add-ons include flower walls and premium backdrops, guest books, LED signage and live galleries, and some clients book two booths, such as a Glam and a 360, for the one night. The team delivers, sets up and packs down, usually arriving one to two hours before start time, with setup taking 60 to 90 minutes. Most packages include an attendant and props; the Hollywood Booth is designed to run on its own, with an attendant as an optional extra. Sessions are unlimited, guests can share photos by SMS, email or QR code, and the host receives a link to the full digital gallery the week after the event. Covered outdoor sites are fine if the venue confirms the placement.

Simple Booth does not publish package prices; quotes are tailored to the booth type and event. A $250 non-refundable booking fee secures the date, with the remaining balance due 21 days before the event, or in full upfront for bookings made inside 21 days.

Equipment & Service Details

Most booths use a DSLR camera with studio lighting. The Classic booth prints 2x6 strips or 4x6 postcards in under ten seconds, and every booking includes a custom print template. Delivery, setup and pack-down are included, with the team typically arriving one to two hours early and setup taking 60 to 90 minutes. Space needed ranges from about 2.2m x 2.2m for the AI booth to 2.5m x 2.5m for the print booth and 4.5m x 4.5m for the Matrix setup, plus a nearby power point. The business carries $20 million public liability insurance and can supply a certificate for the venue. Cancellations 21 days or more out refund any payments beyond the booking fee, and one free date change is allowed with 21 days notice.

Guests can send their photos to their phones by SMS, email or QR code during the event. The host gets an email with the full digital gallery the week after the event.
