About PhotoBoothME

PhotoBoothME runs out of a warehouse in Rockdale and is the photo booth side of Musiq Entertainment, a DJ company working events since 1999. The two have supplied the WatervieW venue since it opened in 2006, and the booth team now covers weddings, corporate functions, product launches, formals and private parties across Sydney and Wollongong. The range is wide. Bespoke booths are handcrafted timber and brass enclosures with Canon mirrorless cameras and studio flash, while Shutterhub booths use a Canon DSLR with a beauty-dish flash. Both print a strip for every person in each photo. gifboothME creates still images, animated GIFs and boomerangs with LED lighting and text, AirDrop or email sharing, and the PRO version adds flash stills and an attendant. There is also a 360 booth billed as Sydney's biggest, the glambotME robotic camera arm, and flipbookME, a studio that turns short videos into printed flip books on the spot. Every package includes delivery, setup and pack-down, unlimited sessions for the hire, QR code sharing, an instant online gallery and a zip file of all images after the event. Printing booths come with an attendant, and Bespoke packages include a fabric backdrop and either a prop box or prop signs. More than 50 fabric backdrops are available, along with a flower wall, a green wall and custom printed backdrops, and these can be hired without a booth. Booth packages are quoted on enquiry. It suits couples and companies who want a choice of booth styles from one supplier.

Pricing

Photo booth packages are quoted on enquiry. The flipbookME studio costs $550 to set up plus $385 per hour including GST, with two attendants, custom flip book covers, an XL prop box and a fabric backdrop included. A print station can be added to a gifboothME package for $275. Fabric backdrops are $66 with a booth or $165 dry hire; the flower wall is $220 with a booth or $440 alone; the green wall is $330 with a booth or $550 alone. Custom backdrops start from $495 for fabric only or $745 with a stand. Prop signs are $33 for one set or $55 for two, and guest book embossing is $100. All prices include GST.

Equipment & Service Details

All packages include delivery, setup and pack-down outside the hire times, unlimited sessions, QR code sharing, an instant online gallery and a zip file of every image. Bespoke and Shutterhub booths carry a spare camera, and a technician is on call during hires. Standard fabric backdrops are 2.4m wide by 2.3m high; the flower wall is 2.1m by 2.2m and the green wall 2.1m by 2.25m. Bespoke booths are built to carry up stairs, so there is no stair delivery fee. Standard delivery covers Sydney and Wollongong, with other NSW locations at an extra cost.

Can we hire backdrops without a booth?

Yes. Fabric backdrops can be dry hired for $165 with pick-up and drop-off at Rockdale, the flower wall is $440 on its own and the green wall $550. Delivery and setup of a backdrop alone is quoted separately.

Can the photo strips and props be customised?

Yes. Strip designs can be fully customised, a custom strip design service is available, and prop sign sets can be added for $33 for one set or $55 for two. Guest books can be embossed with names and a date for $100.
