About On Purpose Events
On Purpose Events is a corporate event management company headquartered in Zetland, with a second office in Melbourne and staff in Brisbane. It has been delivering events since 2009, with more than 500 behind it across Australia, New Zealand and Asia-Pacific. Much of its work is conferences and incentive travel, but it also plans the social side of corporate life: gala dinners, awards nights, end-of-year parties, client appreciation evenings and company milestone celebrations. For Microsoft's 50th birthday at its Sydney headquarters they built a tech-nostalgia party with interactive games, themed styling and a waffle cart. For a market research firm's company birthday they took 150 staff by catamaran to Shark Island for cocktails, treasure hunts, themed marquees and picnic lounges. Inform Group's client night at Beta Bar had a Tron-inspired theme, LED robot dancers, a Daft Punk-style DJ and neon cocktail stations. The team handles venue sourcing and contracts, budgets, theming and styling, AV and staging, entertainment, catering, guest registration and on-site crew.
