The team can take on a single element or plan the entire night, including choosing and negotiating the venue, managing catering, theming, audio-visual and entertainment suppliers, handling invitations, RSVPs and check-in on arrival, and writing a run sheet that balances speeches and awards against entertainment. The portfolio includes a 30th-anniversary gala with a band and a packed dance floor, harbourside cocktail functions and community Christmas days. It also runs conferences, roadshows, incentive trips, fundraisers and sod-turning ceremonies.
