About With Smee

With Smee is a Sydney creative events agency led by creative director Katie Smee, who has more than two decades of experience creating events for Australian brands. The agency works with brands and PR agencies on product launches, brand activations, media events and company celebrations. It covers the whole job, from creative direction and concept through to design, styling, production and delivery on the day. The work is custom built for each brand. Recent projects include an Uber One City2Surf recovery event that turned the Icebergs pool into a giant ice bath, the Sweaty Betty Australian launch on the MCA rooftop, and a Guess long lunch at the Sydney Opera House dressed in autumn florals, gold lanterns and velvet. There have also been end-of-year parties for Zimmermann at Catalina, with a custom archway, DJ booth and lounge areas, and for The Body Shop at Vaucluse House, where the terrace was turned into a floral secret garden. Other jobs include harbour launches reached by boat, a ten-year celebration on a superyacht and a pool club takeover. Creative work covers concept development, event design, 3D visualisation, signage, florals, fabrication and event collateral. Production covers venue sourcing, supplier management, catering, entertainment, logistics, installation and running the event on site.
