About Fenn Studio
Fenn Studio is a small planning and styling studio in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs, run by Jen Ward. Jen came to event planning from the arts and events industry and has worked as a planner and stylist in both the UK and Australia. She started the studio after losing her father shortly before her own wedding, which is why so much of the service is about steady guidance as well as design. Weddings are the main focus, but the studio also takes on private celebrations such as dinner parties, milestone birthdays, surprise proposals and baby showers, using the same process. Wedding clients choose from named packages. The Novel is full planning and styling, from finding the venue to the brunch the morning after. The Short Story picks up a partly planned wedding and fills the gaps. The Cover is design and styling alone, with a detailed design plan and every décor element sourced and set up. The Final Chapter is on-the-day coordination, starting six weeks out. For party clients, Jen draws out the host's style, likes and dislikes, then designs the concept, chooses and manages suppliers, sets up the styling and oversees the event. People who would rather do the work themselves can book the Synopsis, a one-hour session in person or online for $95 plus GST, which is taken off the price of any package booked afterwards. Package prices are not published. The studio suits hosts who want a personal, understated look rather than a themed production, and it travels to regional venues outside Sydney.

Yes. Alongside weddings, the studio plans and styles private events such as intimate dinner parties, milestone birthdays, proposals and baby showers, and handles the supplier bookings and the setup.
What planning options are there?
Full planning and styling, partial planning for events already under way, styling and design on its own, and on-the-day coordination that begins six weeks before the date.
How much does it cost?
Package prices are quoted per event. The only published price is the one-hour Synopsis consultation at $95 plus GST, which comes off any package booked afterwards.
How quickly do they reply to enquiries?
The studio asks people to allow 48 hours for a reply, as Jen is often out running events. You can enquire by email, phone or the online form.
