About Nadia Duran Events

Nadia Duran is a Sydney-based event planner, designer and producer who runs events under her own name through N Duran Pty Ltd. Her work splits three ways: corporate events, public and brand activations, and weddings and private celebrations. She has more than 13 years in the industry and has been recognised by the Australian Bridal Industry Academy, including its Designer of the Decade award in 2019. On the corporate side she plans Christmas parties, awards dinners, product launches and charity galas, building each around a theme and bringing in the entertainment and food experiences to match. Portfolio examples include an Italian-themed company lunch, a milestone celebration for a CEO and an exclusive corporate dinner laid with candles and orange florals. How We Work

Nadia starts by getting to know the client, their goals and their culture, then puts forward a proposal built around a concept or theme. From there she designs the event, including the florals, tablescapes and décor, and brings in the entertainment and food experiences to suit. She draws on partnerships with hospitality groups and venues, and décor and furniture can come from her own hire collection. As producer she runs the event itself as well as the planning.
