There are four ways to work with her. Full-service planning covers everything: a dedicated planner sources and books every element, manages the budget and timeline, runs a style consultation at your venue and is on site on the day. On-the-day coordination suits hosts who have booked their own suppliers and want someone to run the schedule, direct vendors, handle problems as they come up, and look after set-up and pack-down, with two meetings in the month beforehand. One-on-one consultations of 45 to 90 minutes help with ideas, budget and logistics if you are planning it yourself. A styling-only package takes care of the look: a mood board and design proposal, decor sourcing, styling on the day and packing it all away afterwards. The portfolio shows themed bar mitzvahs with stage shows and fire performers, long-table dinners, poolside parties, a 15th-anniversary celebration for BizCover and community family days with face painting and live music. How We Work

It starts with an enquiry and a meeting to pin down the three things that matter most to you about the event. On full-service planning, Shayna and her team then source and book every supplier, manage the budget and timeline, hold a style consultation at your venue and keep in touch through the lead-up, with a shared folder for documents. On the day a planner is on site running the schedule and the suppliers. Clients who have booked their own suppliers can take on-the-day coordination instead, with two meetings in the final month and full set-up and pack-down on the day.
