About Maleny Manor
Maleny Manor is a private estate of about 30 acres on the Landsborough Maleny Road, in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. It is set up purely for weddings and private events, with views east across the hills to the coast. Each booking has the estate to itself, from 11am on the day until 9:30am the following morning. Seven ensuite rooms on the upper floor sleep up to 16, and breakfast the next morning is included for those staying. Ceremonies can be held under a large Crows Ash tree strung with fairy lights, in a covered pavilion with roll-down blinds, or on a raised lawn helipad. Afterwards, drinks and canapés are served in a garden lit with festoon lights. The Manor itself seats up to 120 at long or round tables, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, a dance floor and room for a band or DJ. A cocktail-style reception can take 140, and the pavilion seats 60 for outdoor dinners from November to March. The in-house kitchen cooks seasonal menus, served alternately, shared at the table or roaming. Packages include a drinks package and florals, and the venue provides tables, linen, glassware, a PA system and a wireless microphone for speeches. Alongside weddings, the estate hosts a small number of private events such as milestone birthdays, anniversaries and corporate retreats. A coordinator is assigned to each wedding, and viewings are by appointment.

Venue hire is added to the package price and ranges from $5,000 to $9,000, with lower rates on weekdays and in summer. Intimate packages for under 40 guests and a micro package for 20 guests are also offered.
A signed contract and a $4,000 non-refundable deposit confirm the booking, and the deposit comes off the final bill.
Food
Seafood stations, oyster shucking, cheese platters and late-night food can be added. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, dairy free and allergy needs are catered for.
Beverages
Guests can buy extra drinks at a cash bar, and a satellite bar, signature cocktails, a gin bar and a champagne tower are optional additions.
