The Imperial Hotel is a timber Queenslander pub on Etheridge Street in Eumundi, across the road from the markets. It has stood for more than a century and is home to Eumundi Brewery, which brews beer on site. The hotel offers four function rooms, so the space can match the size of the group. Each is booked for a lunch sitting or an evening sitting. The Imperial Room, formerly the band room, is the main space and takes 300 standing or 200 seated. It has a stage for bands, entertainers and speeches, a working bar, and locally made hardwood tables that can be arranged in different layouts. Upstairs, the Parlour Room holds 100 standing or 70 seated and has its own bar, soft lighting and glass doors onto a balcony over the main street. The Sun Room next to it is a brighter, smaller room for 30 standing or 24 seated, also opening to the balcony. The Private Dining Room seats 12 in a setting of deep greens, florals and timber, and suits long lunches and special dinners. The venue lists milestone birthdays, long lunches and corporate functions among the events it hosts.
