About Yandina Station
Yandina Station is a heritage property on North Arm Yandina Creek Road, set among the farmland of the hinterland near Yandina. The property has been a cattle station since 1853 and is still a working farm, home to the Bando Brahman stud. The estate is run as a wedding and events venue, with one event on the property at a time. Its grounds cover around 200 acres of open country, with gum trees, old fig trees and views across to Mt Coolum. Ceremonies can be held on the lawn facing the mountain, at a dock beside the lake or inside the Dairy Barn. Afterwards guests usually gather on the lawn for canapés and drinks while the sun goes down. Receptions move into the Dairy Barn, a rustic space with exposed timber beams and soft lighting that seats up to 180 guests. The in-house chefs prepare the menu and can work around dietary needs. For businesses, the estate offers breakout rooms, open grassed areas for outdoor activities and on-site audiovisual support. Packages can be built to suit or chosen from set corporate options, covering meetings, team-building days, product launches, galas and Christmas functions. Cottages on the property let couples, bridal parties and guests stay on site. Send an enquiry with your date and guest numbers, or ask to book a venue tour.
