About Fi Celebrations
Fi Celebrations is the business of Fiona Clowes, known as Fi, a registered marriage celebrant based in Buderim. She has twelve years of ceremonies behind her and has officiated hundreds of weddings, bringing a relaxed, down-to-earth approach to everything from beach elopements and backyard weddings to chapel and venue ceremonies. Her packages are laid out clearly. The legals-only option is a registry-style ceremony held at her Buderim home or Foote Sanctuary with two witnesses. Short, Sweet and Personalised adds a personalised welcome and the use of her PA system for your music, and the elopement ceremony suits groups of fewer than 15. The Premium Fi Celebrations Experience includes two meetings, a detailed questionnaire, a deep-dive session to unpack your story, a ceremony with rings, rituals and readings, and a rehearsal or final catch-up. Whichever package you choose, Fi guides you through the Notice of Intended Marriage and the other legal steps, completes and registers the paperwork electronically and hands you a ceremonial marriage certificate on the day. The published fees apply on weekdays for ceremonies close to Buderim, such as Mooloolaba, Sippy Downs and Maroochydore. She also travels across the coast and hinterland, including Caloundra, Maleny, Twin Waters, Coolum and Noosa, for a small travel fee.

Frequently asked questions
What is the simplest way to get married with Fi?
The legals-only package starts from $450. It is a registry-style ceremony at her Buderim home or Foote Sanctuary, with the legal wording provided and two witnesses required.
Do the published prices apply everywhere?
They are weekday prices for ceremonies near Buderim, including Mooloolaba, Sippy Downs and Maroochydore. A small travel fee applies further afield, such as Caloundra, Maleny or Noosa.
What does the premium package add?
Two meetings, a detailed questionnaire, a deep-dive session on your story, a ceremony with rings, rituals and readings that can be changed until a week out, and a rehearsal or final catch-up.
Can we have a small elopement?
Yes. Her elopement ceremony is priced for groups of fewer than 15 people, and she marries couples at beaches, lookouts, backyards, chapels and venues.
How much notice does Fi need?
Many couples book several months ahead for popular weekends, but the Notice of Intended Marriage only has to be lodged at least one month before the wedding, so shorter timelines can work.
