About Caity The Celebrant
Caity The Celebrant is a Sunshine Coast wedding celebrant with a non-traditional, high-energy style. Her ceremonies are modern and personal, with no dull stretches, and she pulls your guests into the moment so the whole crowd is ready to celebrate once you walk back down the aisle. She marries all couples and welcomes every gender and pronoun. The I want it all Ceremony is her full package: a face-to-face or Zoom meeting to hear your story, a 25 to 30 minute personalised ceremony, unlimited calls, texts and emails along the way, help writing your vows, travel within the Sunshine Coast, her own PA with the ceremony music played, and all the paperwork lodged with the registry. For something smaller, the Legals Only ceremony takes three to five minutes on a weekday at a local spot of your choosing, with two witnesses supplied by you and at least a month's notice. The Fluffy Legals Only ceremony suits up to 20 guests and runs 10 to 15 minutes with your own vows, ring exchange and music through her speaker. Caity has also MCed more than 100 weddings. As your MC she keeps guests informed and entertained, works with your venue and suppliers, and helps shape the reception timeline so the night runs on time. Her portable speaker and wireless microphone need no power, so ceremonies can happen almost anywhere.

How long does a ceremony with Caity go for?
A full ceremony usually lasts around half an hour, from the processional through to the recessional. Fluffy Legals Only runs 10 to 15 minutes and Legals Only three to five minutes.
Does Caity bring a PA system?
Yes. She brings a portable speaker and wireless microphone that need no power, so they work at beaches and remote spots, and she can play your ceremony music.
Do we need a rehearsal?
Caity suggests one only if four or more people stand in your wedding party. A rehearsal takes around 20 minutes, covering the walk with your song and signing the first legal form.
Can Caity also be our reception MC?
Yes. Wedding MC is offered as an extra. She keeps guests informed, works with the venue and suppliers and helps plan the reception timeline so the night stays on track.
What happens with the legal paperwork?
Caity handles all the documents and lodges your marriage with the registry. You order the official marriage certificate yourself once it has been registered.
