About VIP Lounge
VIP Lounge is a karaoke venue at 60 Roe Street in Northbridge, built around private rooms rather than a public stage. Groups take a room to themselves, sing on the in-room system and order food from the kitchen. There are eight rooms in all. VIP Room 1 holds up to 40 guests, while Rooms 2 and 7 each take 20, Room 5 suits 14, Room 6 suits 12 and Rooms 3 and 4 hold 10. Room 8 is a small space for two to six people. The rooms are dressed in lit panels, gold trim and padded lounge seating set around low glowing tables. Each has its own karaoke screens, so a corporate group or a large celebration keeps the whole space for the night. Pricing is per room and changes by night, with Friday and Saturday costing more than Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday. Every room fee includes a credit toward food and drinks, ranging from $100 for the smallest room midweek to $1,000 for VIP Room 1 on a weekend. The menu runs from chicken wings, salt and pepper squid, rice paper rolls and dumplings to fried rice, lamb chops, pho and shared platters. Several dishes are marked vegan or gluten free. The venue is strictly BYO for drinks and charges no corkage, so guests bring their own wine, beer or spirits. Rooms are requested through the booking form with a preferred time and group details.
