About The White Horse Tavern
The White Horse Tavern sits on Amazon Drive in Baldivis, a large modern pub built for long lunches, after-work drinks and weekend crowds. Its function team plans events around your budget, group size and preferred part of the venue. The ground floor offers high-top tables, a dining zone and an alfresco area that stays usable year round, with optional bar access for groups. Upstairs, the mezzanine looks over the main bar and comes with its own private bar, giving a larger party a space to itself. The mezzanine is reached by stairs only. Published capacities in the function pack run from about 40 guests at the high tops up to 100 in the roomiest area. Seated dinners, cocktail-style gatherings and business lunches can all be arranged. Food follows the main tavern menu, with seasonal canapé packages of four, five or six items, plus substantial canapés such as brisket sliders and whiting tacos. For a sit-down feel, the share-style banquet brings entrées, mains, sides and dessert to the table. Pizzas, grazing boards and dessert platters can be added. Drinks can be handled through a house or premium package, a pre-paid bar tab or a cash bar where guests buy their own. Spirits, a sparkling on arrival or a spritz on arrival can be added to a package. Send an enquiry with your date, numbers and preferred area and the function team will put together a package to suit.

Frequently asked questions
How many guests can The White Horse Tavern hold for a function?
The function pack lists areas from around 40 guests at the high-top tables up to 100 guests in the roomiest space. The team will suggest an area once they know your numbers.
What do function packages cost?
Canapé packages start at $20 per person for four items, rising to $25 for five and $30 for six, with a minimum of 20 guests. A share-style banquet with entrée, mains, sides and dessert is $65 per person.
Is the mezzanine private?
The upstairs mezzanine has its own private bar and overlooks the main bar below. It is reached by stairs only, so it is not suited to guests who need step-free access.
How do drinks work for functions?
You can choose a house or premium drinks package, set up a bar tab, or run a cash bar. A bar tab used to meet a minimum spend must be paid up front and is non-refundable, and the whole group needs to be on the same option.
Can the menu cater for dietary needs?
The function menus mark vegetarian, vegan, low-gluten and low-dairy dishes, and there is a vegan tasting plate of six canapés. Menus change with the seasons, so the coordinator will confirm the exact dishes.
