About Springs Tavern
Springs Tavern is a neighbourhood tavern on the corner of Bridgeman Drive and Beechboro Road North, with a restaurant, a sports bar, beer gardens and a drive-through bottle shop. Its restaurant is open seven days for lunch and dinner. Functions can be held in several parts of the venue, and none of them carries a venue hire fee. The indoor Dining Area takes the most guests, seating 25 to 150, with up to 25 at a single long table or several tables arranged for bigger groups. The Sports Bar is a relaxed lounge for up to 50, separated from the dining room by a green plant wall. Bi-fold doors open to a non-smoking alfresco, and the live sport screens can be used if your group wants to watch a game. There are two beer gardens. The main alfresco off the Dining Area suits functions of up to 50, and the smaller one also holds around 50 and can be opened up to the sports bar. The kitchen focuses on fresh, local produce and caters for most dietary needs, with platters of finger food and set menus for functions. Wines from a Swan Valley estate partner are on the list. Drinks can run on a bar tab with a pre-selected list and a money or time limit, as drink tokens per guest, or as a cash bar. Booking the entire Dining Area for your group alone comes with a food and drink minimum spend paid before the event.
