About Chapel Farm Estate
Chapel Farm Estate is a family-run venue in Middle Swan, built on what was a working farm for most of the last century. It joins two neighbouring properties: the original Chapel Farm and the Estate, home to old winery buildings and vineyards. At Chapel Farm, a rustic barn and a homestead bar look over a semi-outdoor courtyard, a natural lake, a waterfall and gardens shaded by a century-old sugar gum. The courtyard seats 150 and has a jarrah dance floor built in, while the cellar adds an indoor lounge with booths and stained glass. On the Estate side, the Church Barn sits beside the brook among the vines and seats up to 250. It can be fully or partly enclosed, is air-conditioned, and houses the property's brewery, distillery and winery. Function menus are for groups of 20 or more, starting with a grazing spread and moving through canapé and wood-fired pizza menus, a chef's selection and a buffet barbecue. Banquet and sit-down menus are offered as well. The venue is fully licensed, so outside food and drink are not allowed, and drinks packages are poured with bar service. Fairy and festoon lighting is included at no charge. Weddings are the main trade here, and the estate also hosts gatherings such as birthdays and Christmas functions. Guests can stay on site in boutique rooms, and you can send an enquiry to book.
