About Brookleigh Estate
Brookleigh Estate is a boutique estate in Upper Swan, in the Swan Valley, built in the style of a French chateau. Its grounds take in formal gardens, a lake, stables and equestrian lawns, and the estate also runs a day spa. Weddings are the main event here, and only one is held each day, so the couple has the designated spaces to themselves. Ceremony and reception options include the Lake House, the Chateau, the Lakeside Gazebo, the Jacaranda Garden, the Stables and the Equestrian Lawn. The estate seats up to 120 guests or holds 150 cocktail style. The climate-controlled Lake Room overlooks the water and suits receptions in cooler months, while the Jacaranda Garden is set up for outdoor ceremonies and receptions under fairy lights. Brookleigh is a BYO venue, so couples choose their own caterer, bring their own drinks and style the day themselves. Packages range from a three-hour elopement for 15 to full-day exclusive celebrations, and several include accommodation on the estate for up to six people. Corporate groups use the Lake Room for lunches, conferences, workshops, team days and client entertaining, with wait staff on hand. The Jacaranda Garden works as an arrival and networking area before moving inside.

How many guests can Brookleigh Estate host?
Up to 120 seated or 150 cocktail style. The included reception furniture covers 100 guests, so larger weddings may need some extra hire items.
Can we bring our own caterer and drinks?
Yes. Brookleigh is a BYO venue, so you choose your own caterer, put together your own drinks and handle the styling. The Amethyst midweek package goes further, with BYO furniture and decor too.
Will another wedding be on the same day?
No. The estate holds one wedding per date, and your ceremony, pre-dinner and reception areas stay private to you. The day spa, equestrian centre or estate tours may still run separately.
Does the estate host corporate events?
Yes. The Lake Room is a private dining room overlooking the lake that seats up to 120 for corporate lunches, conferences, workshops, team days and client events, with wait staff included.
Can we see the estate before booking?
