• Devonshire Street: Dove & Olive's top floor links the Terrace, Parlour and Lounge Bar for 86 seated with room to dance, and two-course set menus at $65 per person
• Albion and Commonwealth Streets: The Surry Rooftop @ Rydges Sydney Central, above the hotel's rooms, takes 140 at tables from $6,000 minimum spend, and Bar @ Golden Age Cinema & Bar takes about 35 seated, from $3,300 venue hire
