The Surry Rooftop sits on top of Rydges Sydney Central, and it's built around the view: an enclosed, beautifully finished rooftop room wrapped in floor-to-ceiling windows, opening onto two sweeping private terraces where guests can spill out and take in the city skyline. The space works as an all-in-one venue, with its own private bar, private bathrooms and a flexible layout that shifts between cocktail parties, seated dinners and conferences. There's a projector, digital signage, an internal PA for speeches and presentations, plus Wi-Fi, air conditioning and natural light through the day. Catering is in-house, with halal, kosher, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free menus. It holds up to 200 guests standing or 140 seated. Being a hotel, accommodation is available downstairs, which makes it practical for milestone parties and work functions where guests are travelling in.
