About Halo 360 Events
Halo 360 Events is a Sydney photo booth supplier run by Kobe, working out of Randwick and covering the metropolitan area. The main product is a 360 video booth: guests stand on a fixed platform a little over a metre wide while a camera on a rotating arm circles them and films five to ten seconds of slow motion. Alongside it the business runs an AI version of the same booth and an open-air photo booth that prints. A 360 booth booking covers unlimited videos, a full-time attendant, immediate sharing to guests by AirDrop, QR code, SMS or email, five to ten vertical display lights, customised templates on the videos, party props and access to the full gallery after the event. The AI 360 booth converts each slow-motion clip into an AI-generated version while the event is running, and guests receive both files. The open-air booth prints rather than films, in colour or in a black-and-white glam style, as postcard-size prints or traditional strips, with studio lighting, a white backdrop, GIFs for sharing, custom branding on the prints and an online gallery afterwards. Set-up and pack-down are free, delivery within Sydney metro is included, and bookings carry $20 million public liability insurance. They ask for a flat area of about 2.5m by 2.5m for the 360 platform for the best capture, although the rig itself needs closer to 1.5m. Corporate bookings can add logo overlays, bespoke backdrops and lead capture, and the booths have been used for award nights, product launches, expo activations, university balls and school formals. The 360 booth does not produce prints, so guests leave with video files instead.

How much space does the booth need?
The platform is a little over a metre wide and the rotating arm needs another 50cm, so the rig itself is around 1.5m. For the best video capture and a safe working area they ask for roughly 2.5m by 2.5m of flat floor. If space is tight at your venue it is worth raising it when you enquire.
How much does it cost?
Halo 360 Events does not publish prices. Both the 360 video booth and the open-air photo booth are quoted per event, so pricing depends on the date, guest numbers and inclusions — enquire for a quote. Set-up, pack-down and Sydney metro delivery are included at no extra charge.
Which areas do they cover?
They are based in Sydney and deliver free within the metro area, with pages for the Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Shore, Hills District, Sutherland Shire, the St George area, south-east Sydney and western Sydney. They will travel for events outside Sydney, which may attract an additional fee, so it is worth asking when you enquire.
Do guests get printed photos?
Not from the 360 booth. It produces videos rather than prints, shared to guests on the spot and collected into a full gallery you receive after the booking. If you want prints, the open-air photo booth does postcard-size prints or traditional strips in colour or black and white, with GIFs for sharing and an online gallery afterwards.
