About Flash Me Photobooths
Flash Me Photobooths is a family-owned business that has been hiring booths around Sydney since 2013, working out of Glenmore Park in the city's west. The equipment is proper kit rather than a tablet on a stand: Canon DSLR cameras, dual-cut dye sublimation printers and studio lighting, all run from a touch screen. Every hire includes a booth attendant who sets up, operates the booth and helps guests use it for the length of the event. There are four booths to choose from. The open-air booth fits around 12 to 15 people in one shot and uses a backdrop in your choice of standard colours, with the photos also playing on a slideshow beside it. The premium closed booth is a hard-walled cabin for six to eight people and needs only a small space. The Mirror Me booth is a full-length mirror guests pose in front of. The Selfie Booth works differently again: guests upload photos and messages from their own phones to a live 55-inch TV slideshow, and it can be hired on its own or added to another package for half the usual hire cost. Packages run three, four or five hours and up. Standard inclusions are unlimited photo sessions with duplicate 2x6 inch strips in colour or black and white, a custom design on the strips, a large themed prop selection at no extra charge, photo and video files on a USB card, and online gallery hosting with every photo uploaded within 24 to 48 hours. Extras include a leather dry-mount guest book, 4x6 inch prints, additional hours, green screen on the closed booth, video messaging and corporate branding.

What comes with a Flash Me Photobooths hire?
Every package includes a booth attendant for the full hire, unlimited photo sessions with duplicate 2x6 inch prints in colour or black and white, a custom design on your strips, a themed prop selection at no extra charge, a slideshow of the photos playing beside the booth, your files on a USB card and online gallery hosting.
How far ahead should we book a booth?
Book as early as you can, particularly for Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, which carry a minimum four-hour hire. A non-refundable $300 booking fee confirms the booth and the date, and the balance is due no later than 14 days before the event. Bookings made inside 14 days must be paid in full within 48 hours.
How much does a photo booth cost?
Flash Me Photobooths does not publish package prices and quotes on the booth you want, the number of hours and any extras. The published terms include a non-refundable $300 booking fee, booth stand-by time at $100 per hour, and a surcharge on public holidays, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Delivery, set-up and removal are free in most Sydney areas, including Western Sydney, the Hawkesbury and the lower Blue Mountains. The team is based at Glenmore Park and travels to venues and homes across the city.
When do we get the photos?
Guests take their prints home on the night. Every photo from the event is uploaded to the online gallery within 24 to 48 hours, where you can log in, view and share them, and your photo and video files also come on a USB card.
