About Balloon Saloon
Balloon Saloon has been decorating Sydney events for more than 24 years. The team belongs to the NSW Balloon Artists & Suppliers Association, trains regularly through the year, and has had a Qualatex Certified Balloon Artist on staff since 2017. Because they have worked in so many local function rooms, they can often tell you what style and colours will work once you name the venue. Their range covers most balloon decor a party needs. Garlands and organic designs come in freestanding, half-arch and full-arch versions. Arches are offered in several builds, from a simple string of helium balloons to a solid framed arch of roughly 200 air-filled balloons, plus foil Megaloon letters that spell a name or year. Air-filled columns stand about 2m tall and can be topped with a printed 3ft balloon carrying a logo or name. Table centrepieces run from three-balloon clusters to topiary styles, and ready-made packs cover a quick table setup, a photo spot or a hotel room surprise. Deliveries go across Sydney, mainly to the eastern suburbs, the CBD and the St George area, and garlands, arches and bigger installs are set up for you. Pick-up is by appointment only, as the premises is a workshop rather than a shop. It suits birthdays, 18ths and 21sts, baby showers, school events and corporate launches, and hosts who want balloon decor without doing any of the work themselves.

How much does a balloon garland cost?
Garlands start from $110, depending on size and style. Organic columns are $210, a freestanding organic garland is $390, an organic half arch is $530 and a full organic arch is $600. Delivery and setup are quoted on location.
Do they set up the balloons at the venue?
Yes. Setup is part of the job for garlands, arches and large installations, and they will time it around your event. Smaller orders such as bouquets are delivered ready to place.
Which areas do they deliver to?
They deliver across Sydney. Most work is in the eastern suburbs, the CBD and the St George area, and they also list the Inner West, North Sydney, Bayside and the Sutherland Shire. If your suburb is not listed, ask.
How far ahead should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weekends, as delivery slots fill quickly. Same-day delivery is possible on some products and locations, so it is worth asking if you are short on time.
How long will the balloons last?
Air-filled garlands last about three to seven days, often longer indoors. Helium balloons float for roughly 10 to 12 hours, or one to three days with long-life gel. Heat, wind and sun shorten that outdoors.
