About Party Shuttles Sydney

Party Shuttles Sydney is a family-owned company from Auburn that has built its business around private group bookings on party buses. The fleet covers six sizes: an 11 to 13 seater, an 18-seat limo-style bus with lounge seating, a 20 to 24 seater, a 24 to 25 seater with bench seating, a 43 to 50 seater that takes 40 seated and 15 standing, and a large bus for up to 65 passengers with a dedicated dance floor. The buses carry multi-colour lasers, LED party lights, a subwoofer sound system with Bluetooth and aux input, air conditioning and dark tinted windows, and the bigger ones add a smoke machine. There are several ways to book. A one-way transfer drops the group at a venue, a return trip brings everyone home at the end of the night, and a cruise-style hire keeps the bus with you along a route and timeframe agreed up front. The same buses run hens and bucks nights, school formals, weddings, concerts and festivals, race days, corporate functions and winery days to the Hunter Valley, Berry or the Southern Highlands. Multiple pickup and drop-off points can be built into the plan. Every hire includes a licensed driver, as the buses are never let out self-drive. Guests aged 18 and over may bring their own alcohol, though the company does not supply any, and smoking is banned on every bus. A deposit locks in the date, a damage bond may be requested, and the final passenger count is due a month before the event. Weekend dates are best booked two to four weeks out, and formal season, New Year's Eve and long weekends fill earliest.

Fleet & Booking Details

The fleet includes an 11 to 13 seat party bus, an 18-seat limo-style bus, a 20 to 24 seater, a 24 to 25 seater with bench seating, a 43 to 50 passenger bus (40 seated plus 15 standing) and a party bus for up to 65 with a dance floor. A licensed driver is included with every hire. Bookings are confirmed once a deposit is paid, and deposits are non-refundable unless management agrees otherwise in writing. A bond may be taken against damage. Groups running more than 15 minutes late may be charged extra, and final passenger numbers need to be confirmed one month before the event.

Aim for two to four weeks ahead for a weekend and one to two weeks for a weeknight. Formal season (October and November), 31 December and long weekends go first, so lock those in as early as possible.
