About Millenium Jumping Castles
Millenium Jumping Castles is a small, locally run hire business in Doonside whose owners grew up around Blacktown and still do the deliveries across Western Sydney. The range is built for backyard birthdays: mini castles for toddlers that fit in about 3m by 3m, medium castles for children up to around 13, and a long list of 5 in 1 combos with a slide, pop-up obstacles, a tunnel and a basketball hoop inside. Themes include Bluey, Paw Patrol, Frozen, Moana, Spiderman, Sonic, Fortnite and the Wiggles, and there is a Halloween combo for spooky season, along with water slides and obstacle courses for bigger days. Small castles are advertised from $140, and most themed small castles and toddler combos are listed between $180 and $330. Several combos are priced two ways, such as the My Little Pony and Dora combos at $290 for four hours or $330 for 7.5 hours. Extras include a slushie machine with two syrups, cups and straws for $220 on its own or $180 with a castle, and petrol generators from $90 for a 4.5kVA unit to $180 for a 20kVA unit, which makes a castle possible in a park with no power. The crew installs the castle, runs a full safety check and walks you through operating and supervising it, and set-up takes 20 to 30 minutes. An adult over 18 must watch the castle whenever it is in use, and hires in public parks or at corporate events need one of their trained supervisors, with council permission needed for parks. Castles can go indoors in halls and churches after a check, a power point should be within about 25m, and every castle and slide has a rain cover. No deposit is needed, payment is usually cash on the day, and late cancellations cost $80.

How much does a jumping castle from Millenium cost?
Small castles are advertised from $140, which their terms quote as a 7.5-hour hire. Most themed small castles and toddler combos are listed between $180 and $330, and some combos are priced both ways, for example $290 for four hours or $330 for 7.5 hours. Ask for a quote on the larger 5 in 1 combos, as those are not priced on the site.
Which suburbs get free delivery?
Free delivery covers a long list of Western Sydney suburbs, including Blacktown, Prospect, Seven Hills, Toongabbie, Castle Hill, Rouse Hill, Kellyville, Quakers Hill, Marsden Park, Mount Druitt, St Marys, Penrith, St Clair, Guildford, Parramatta, Westmead, Wentworthville, Windsor and Bligh Park. They deliver to other parts of Western Sydney as well, so ask if your suburb is not on the list.
How much room does a castle need?
The mini castles need roughly 3m by 3m, or about 3.5m square for the small castles with a slide, and medium castles need at least 4m by 4m. The area should be clear of overhanging branches, and you should mention steps, gates, doorways or slopes on the way in. Grass is not essential, but tell them when booking if the castle will sit on another surface.
What happens if it rains?
Every castle and slide comes with a rain cover, so a light shower does not have to end the party. If heavy rain means you would rather cancel, let them know at least two hours before delivery on the day. Cancelling with less than seven days' notice otherwise attracts an $80 fee, and moving a paid booking to a new date also costs $80.
Can we have a castle in a park or keep it overnight?
Parks are possible with permission from the local council, but most have no power, so you will need a petrol blower or one of their generators for a small extra charge, plus one of their trained supervisors. For home parties that start after 3pm, the castle can stay overnight at no extra cost.
