Little Lane Events is a planning and design studio in Warriewood, run by owner and creative director Kirra Cummings, who moved into events more than ten years ago after a career in interior design. The team combines planners, stylists, on-the-day coordinators and florists, so one group takes an event from the first concept through supplier bookings, budget tracking and the day itself. Weddings make up much of their portfolio, but corporate and private events are a steady part of the work. On the corporate side they plan product launches, corporate retreats, brand activations, influencer events, Christmas parties and company milestones, with past jobs including Christmas parties and a staff getaway for IMC and styling work for Chandon. Head planner Sigrid Loneragan brings more than 15 years of experience, including fast-paced corporate events on Sydney superyachts. Private work covers milestone birthdays, engagement parties, anniversaries, baby showers and styled dinner parties, such as a 40th birthday lunch at the Boathouse Rose Bay which they planned and styled alongside a florist, band, magician and photographer. Every job starts with a consultation and a concept board, then a detailed plan and timeline. They manage vendor bookings, negotiations and payments, keep clients updated against the agreed budget, and run the event on site with contingency plans ready. You can use their trusted supplier network or bring your own vendors. The studio also keeps a hire collection of arches, plinths, candles, glassware, linen, signage and furniture that feeds into its styling. Pricing is quoted after the first consultation, and they suggest allowing three to six months for private events and at least six months for larger corporate ones.
