About Biophilia Blooms
Biophilia Blooms is a boutique floral and styling studio in Sydney's inner east, run by owner and designer Josie Marc. It has more than seven years of experience in Sydney event venues. The style is modern and sculptural: tropical and native stems, heavy textures, bold colour and arrangements designed to look good in photos, whether it's a moss-covered plinth at a car launch or a wall of orchids. Corporate and brand work makes up a big share of the portfolio. That includes flowers for PR launches and media dinners, brand activations, backdrops and media walls, floral sculptures and installations, showroom and restaurant styling, editorial and product shoots, and television. The events gallery features drinks-brand pop-ups, fitness activations, awards-night stages and long styled lunch tables. The studio also takes private events such as birthdays, baby showers and christenings, and weddings in Sydney, the Southern Highlands, the Blue Mountains and the Hunter Valley. Alongside the flowers, Biophilia hires out styling pieces including arches, plinths, garden urns, vases, candle holders, rugs and sign stands. It also designs and prints stationery such as welcome signs, seating charts and table numbers. Event quotes are tailored to the brief, so enquiries start with a form describing the event. Separately, the studio delivers gift arrangements Monday to Saturday across Sydney.
