About The Namba
The Namba is a pub on Currie Street in Nambour, trading from a colonial building that first opened as the Club Hotel in 1912. It serves a full pub menu, local and craft beers on tap, wine and spirits, and opens every day from 11am. Groups can book across several areas of the venue. The areas on offer are the Cyprus Lounge, the beer garden, the laneway and a run of private booths for smaller tables. The function areas cover groups from as few as 5 to as many as 200, so the same venue works for a small catch-up or a big end-of-year party. A minimum spend applies to packages, set by the start time and length of the event. The function menu is built on share platters, each sized for 8 to 10 people as light snacks. Choices include antipasto, bruschetta, dips, chicken satay, pub classics such as party pies and sausage rolls, vegetarian, cheese and fruit platters. Drinks can run on a bar tab with a set limit, with wristbands for guests over 18, or guests can buy their own at the bar. A $200 deposit confirms the booking and can go towards food and drinks.

We had a lovely lunch. The food was fresh, prepared beautifully and so tasty. We can definitely see how much effort the chef puts in. All sauces and dressings made in house. We will be back! I highly recommend it!
