About Palm Creek Estate
Palm Creek Estate is a boutique farm and events property on McCords Road at Yandina Creek, in the Sunshine Coast hinterland. The 85-acre property sits in a secluded valley with creeks, ponds and established gardens. The venue is hired exclusively, so one event has the whole estate. Spaces include a contemporary function barn, a verandah, a cocktail bar area, alfresco terraces, picnic lawns and a pad that takes a marquee. The barn seats 80 or holds more than 100 standing, and the verandah seats 30. The marquee pad seats 120 or takes 150 or more for a casual event, while the cocktail bar area holds over 100, or 50 when the weather turns. Weddings are a large part of what the estate does, with ceremonies in the gardens and receptions in the barn. Corporate groups book it for meetings, staff recognition nights, end-of-year celebrations, wellness days, team building and product launches. Catering comes through the estate's preferred suppliers, from formal plated dining and roaming canapés to wood-fired pizza, grazing tables and open-fire grilling. Drinks packages are served by the in-house bar team, and outside caterers or food vans may be approved. The barn has wireless internet, a Bluetooth amplifier, a projector and HDMI connections for presentations. Parking covers 20 cars and 2 buses, and transfers can be organised for groups.

Pricing
On-the-day coordination is compulsory and starts at $2,500. Food packages and beverage packages each start at a $3,000 minimum spend.
Musicians start at $1,000, and Sperry tents or tipis start at $1,500. Wedding venue hire is quoted on request, and a deposit secures the date.
Food
Pre-approved licensed outside caterers or food vans can also be considered. Wedding couples get a complimentary catering consultation with the food and beverage manager.

What does exclusive venue hire cost?
Hire from Friday or Saturday, 10am to 11pm, is $15,900 for one day or $25,000 for two days, for up to 100 guests. Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday daytime hire, 10am to 4pm, is $75 per person with a $3,000 minimum. These rates are published on the corporate events page; wedding hire is quoted on request.
What is included in the venue hire?
Hire includes exclusive use of the estate, the licensed bar, management, a sommelier and bar staff, glassware and ice. Tables, chairs and vintage furniture are supplied, along with a backup generator, firewood with a fire attendant, a parking attendant and security.
Can we bring our own band or DJ?
Yes, your own musician or DJ is welcome after a detailed sound check with the estate's management. The estate also has a list of musicians, from solo acts to full bands, starting at $1,000.
Is an event coordinator required?
Yes. On-the-day coordination is compulsory, with packages starting at $2,500 through the estate's preferred suppliers. Venue inspections are by appointment only.
