About The Fire Room @ Harry's on Buderim

Harry's on Buderim is a modern Australian restaurant in a timber homestead dating from 1880, set on Harrys Lane at the bottom of Buderim Forest Park. A wraparound verandah looks over the lawn and rainforest, and there is plenty of parking on site. The Fire Room is the homestead's main private room. It closes off from the rest of the restaurant, has air conditioning for summer and a gas fireplace for cooler months, and seats guests together around one long table. On its own the room takes 16 to 24 people. Bookings over 24 also take in the neighbouring Art Room and its round chef's table, lifting seating to 34, and a smaller group can reserve the Art Room for $300 to keep the space fully private or use it for gifts and drinks. Chef-owner Stuart Bell writes the function menus around local produce, and the kitchen caters for dietary needs. Two-course set menus start at $88 per person and three courses at $105, with an alternate-drop menu and a five-course degustation also offered. Drinks run on consumption or can be chosen ahead of the day, and the restaurant is fully licensed with no BYO. Packages include an events manager, printed menus, flowers, a lectern for speeches, guest wifi and a Bluetooth music system.
