About Pavilion Mooloolaba
Pavilion Mooloolaba sits above the Esplanade, looking straight out over Mooloolaba Beach. The fit-out is all white, with Italian-tiled columns, marble, timber and plenty of olive trees, and the menu leans towards European share plates and cocktails. The venue runs over two levels. Dune, the restaurant on level 1, suits seated events with an elevated view and weather-protected dining, taking groups of 12 to 50 or up to 100 seated when the whole venue is hired. Upstairs, the rooftop deck is the more social space, set up for standing events with wide beach views. It holds 10 to 50 standing or up to 30 seated, and the full venue takes up to 150 standing. Smaller groups of up to 10 can book a rooftop cabana, and the rooftop is strictly 18+. Function menus are served share-style. The rooftop cabana package starts with a cheese board and two rounds of cold and hot bites, the seated banquet brings bread and dips, shared starters and pizzas, and the coastal feast adds mains such as striploin, lamb shoulder or market fish with sides. A breakfast package and food stations for full-level hire round out the options. Drinks can be set as two-hour packages, a cocktail on arrival or a bar tab where you only pay for what is poured. Resident DJs play the rooftop from Friday to Sunday, and your own music or entertainment is only possible with exclusive hire. Standard function bookings run for three hours, and a deposit secures the date. Balloons and confetti are not allowed because of the oceanfront setting, but a birthday cake and table florals are welcome. Send an enquiry to check dates and packages.
