It runs a bistro, a sports bar and a garden bar, with a functions team that hosts everything from milestone birthdays to weddings. There are four main function areas. The Upper Alfresco, across from the craft beer bar, takes up to 100 and suits birthdays and engagements, while the Lower Alfresco holds up to 200 standing, with outdoor heaters and a large LED screen. The Bistro seats up to 150 for sit-down celebrations and family gatherings. The Sports Bar takes up to 300 with screens all around, and on Fridays and Saturdays it can be booked exclusively from the evening for 100 guests or more. For food, there are platters such as chicken wings, sliders, arancini, pizzas and a charcuterie grazing board, plus shared dining feasts for groups of 10 or more. A high tea package with finger sandwiches, cakes and a glass of sparkling on arrival costs $45 per person. Drinks come from the tavern's bar, including a rotating line-up of craft taps. Can I bring a cake and decorations?
Yes. Cakes can be dropped off before the event, with a cakeage fee. Flowers, banners and balloons are fine, but confetti, glitter, tape and unweighted balloons are not.
