Silvercat Wedding Cars is a small, owner-run vintage car business in Cecil Hills that has been driving Sydney couples since 2012. Owner George looks after bookings and often drives, and reviewers describe him answering quickly, taking last-minute requests and stopping for an extra photo on the way home. There are three cars. The 1949 Jaguar MK V is the classic British wedding car, with rear-hinged coach doors, red leather trim, a sunroof and air conditioning, and it suits the couple or up to three passengers comfortably. The 1956 Jaguar MK VII is larger, with red leather and a sunroof, and takes four or five, which works for the bridesmaids or a parent. The silver Porsche 356 Speedster is an open-top two-seater for a single passenger beside the chauffeur, popular for a groom's arrival, the end-of-night getaway, or engagement photos. Each hire includes the car, a uniformed chauffeur who arrives 15 to 30 minutes early, and a planned run covering routes, photo stops and timings. The cars cover all of Sydney and regularly go further afield, from Gosford and Terrigal to Bowral and Katoomba, with a set travel fee per car. Toll-free routes are used unless you ask for tolls, which are then added. The same cars are also hired for launches, film, fashion shoots and executive arrivals.
