• Group size: Hitting Targets takes private groups of up to 100 people. Cecil Park Clay Target Club needs a minimum of 10 participants.
• Booking lead time: Cecil Park Clay Target Club confirms final numbers three days ahead, and full payment secures the booking. Everyone completes a NSW Police P650 declaration and brings photo ID, so collect details from your group early.
• Food and drinks: Cecil Park Clay Target Club has snacks and refreshments on site and can arrange a self-serve barbecue when you book. If you are booking with Hitting Targets, ask about food when you enquire.

The two operators price differently. Cecil Park Clay Target Club starts from $120 per person for a try-shooting session with 25 targets, while Hitting Targets starts from $1,750 per group, with coaching led by director Suzy Balogh, who won gold at the Athens 2004 Olympics. Both are open to anyone aged 12 and over.
