About Blooming Moments

Blooming Moments is a family business in the St George area of South Sydney that makes and hires life-size floral props. Every piece is handcrafted from high-quality artificial silk flowers, so the numbers, letters and walls hold their shape and colour from one event to the next. The team also creates custom silk and preserved floral styling for events such as engagements, baby showers and birthdays. Floral numbers are the core of the range. Each number is about 1.8m tall and 1.2m wide and sits on a 20cm white stand, bringing the total height to around 2m. They come in pink, vivid, white and velvet red mixes, can be hired singly or as a pair, and include warm white fairy lights and stands. Floral letters spell BABY in white or BOY in blue for showers, christenings and gender reveals. Walls include the Blush and Luxe floral walls, the Eden foliage wall and a 1.8m white floral heart. Packages bundle props with round white plinths, cake stands and a personalised name decal, and custom silk arrangements can be added. Props are delivery only, and delivery is charged on top of the hire price depending on location. A $100 non-refundable deposit secures the booking, with the balance due seven days before the event. One to two months' notice is ideal, and enquiries through the contact form are answered within 24 hours. It suits milestone birthdays, baby showers and engagement parties.

Floral numbers and floral letters are listed at $360 to hire. The Blush Floral Wall, Luxe Floral Wall and Eden Foliage Wall are $450 each, and the White Floral Heart is $400. The Floral Numbers Package is $600, the Floral Wall Package is $700 and the Plinth Package is $280. Custom silk floral arrangements can be added to packages from $20 to $30. Prices are for hire only; delivery and setup are charged on top depending on location. A $100 non-refundable deposit secures the booking.

Equipment & Service Details

Floral numbers come with warm white battery fairy lights and white stands, and measure about 2m tall on their stands. The Blush wall is about 2.7m wide by 2m tall, the Eden foliage wall about 3m by 2m and the floral heart 1.8m by 1.8m. All props are delivered and collected by the team; self pick-up is not offered. Payment is by bank transfer, the balance is due seven days before the event, deposits are forfeited on cancellation, and the hirer pays for any damage to the props.
