Picking the Right Life Drawing Class

Two streets, two quite different rooms. On Regent Street, Gladdy Drawing Club uses the first-floor room of The Lord Gladstone Hotel, where artists Noni Cragg and Total Bore host a new professional model each class and seat everyone in a ring so each person gets their own view. A few blocks west at 126 Abercrombie Street, Peach Black Gallery is an artist-run space opened in 2018 by painter Matteo Bernasconi and producer Anna Griffiths, with high ceilings and exhibited artwork on every wall.

The pub room runs like a club rather than a course, and it can be booked privately for a workplace or a hens group. The gallery is booked exclusively for hens parties, birthdays and anniversaries, with a tutor from the gallery running warm-up exercises before the timed poses begin.
