About Kay's Lebanese Catering

Kay's Lebanese Catering, which trades as Kay's Catering, cooks traditional Lebanese food from family recipes for events across Sydney. The spread covers mezza, salads and dips, chicken and rice, chargrilled skewers, slow-cooked mains and baked finger food like sambousik, kibbeh and spinach or cheese triangles. They cater birthdays, weddings and engagements, corporate events, baby showers and hens parties, christenings, and Ramadan iftars and Eid celebrations. There are three set packages. Classic covers chicken and rice, kafta skewers, tabouli and fattoush, hummus and garlic dip, pickles and two finger foods. Signature adds a mixed grill, baba ganoush, vine leaves and a third finger food. Feast adds mansaf, kibbi nayeh, four finger foods and dessert cups with a fruit platter. Every package includes fresh Lebanese bread and disposable serveware, and the per-head price comes down at 50, 75 and 100 guests. If none of the packages suit, they will build a menu from the full list around your budget. A live BBQ station can also be booked, with the grill and staff brought to your venue. Package prices are for food only, per person and include GST. Delivery, buffet set-up and staff are added separately. The minimum is 30 guests. A 30 percent deposit secures the date, and final numbers and the balance are due seven days before the event. Real crockery, glassware and cutlery can be hired from $6 per person. Enquiries can go through a callback form, phone or WhatsApp, and callbacks usually happen the same day.
