About Green Mango

Green Mango is a family Vietnamese catering business in Regents Park, run by husband and wife Vanita and Murphy. They ran a Vietnamese restaurant in the suburb for 13 years before switching to catering full time in 2019, and now cook for corporate lunches, birthdays and milestones, baby showers, engagements and weddings. The signature is the BoodleGraze, a flat-lay grazing table inspired by the Filipino boodle fight, laid straight onto banana leaves and loaded with Vietnamese dishes and fresh fruit. The Flat Lay version suits 20 to 50 guests and takes about an hour to an hour and a half to set up; it comes with eco-friendly plates, cutlery and napkins, and there is nothing to collect afterwards. The Luxe version is a tiered table on Green Mango's own boards and risers with fresh florals, suited to 50 guests or more, and the team returns to pack it down. Styling is charged separately from the food. If you'd rather keep it simple, order off the menu. Finger food includes spring rolls, prawn dumplings, satay chicken and lemongrass pork skewers, vermicelli salad cups, rice paper rolls and sliders such as soft shell crab or crispy tofu. Salad and sharing platters of fried rice or hokkien noodles each feed 10 to 15 people. For the office there are individual lunch packs of noodles, vermicelli salads and rice dishes. Delivery is available, with the fee depending on your location.
