About Maleny Wedding Photography
Maleny Wedding Photography is a husband and wife business working from a studio in Maleny. Clive leads the photography with more than 35 years behind the camera and over 500 weddings to his name, while Elizabeth keeps the day on schedule and records the unplugged video. Holly joins as a second shooter at bigger weddings and also covers smaller ones on her own. The team knows the hinterland well, from the chapels and gardens around Montville and Maleny to lookouts facing the Glass House Mountains, and also travels to beach and country locations across the Sunshine Coast. Their style blends natural, candid frames with a handful of posed shots, and they like to plan portraits for the golden hour before sunset. Coverage is flexible. Couples eloping or keeping numbers small can choose two or three hours for the ceremony, family photos and portraits of the two of you. Full-day packages run four, six or eight hours and can stretch from getting ready through to speeches, the cake and first dances, with a free consultation to build your run sheet. Edited images arrive as a download link within 7 days, and a preview is ready inside 24 hours. Natural video clips with quality audio of the vows can be added to a package, and custom albums are designed and hand bound to order. A $500 fee secures the date, and payment plans are available.

How quickly will we receive our wedding photos?
Edited, high-resolution images are delivered as a download link within 7 days of the wedding, and a small set of preview images is ready within 24 hours so you can share them straight away.
Do they film weddings as well as photograph them?
Yes, as an add-on to a photography package. Elizabeth records unplugged, unedited clips of the vows and other moments as they unfold, using quality microphones, from $660. Edited versions with music can be arranged for an extra cost.
What packages are available for a full wedding day?
There are three: 4 hours for $2,360, 6 hours for $2,980 and 8 hours for $3,590. The 8-hour package also includes an engagement or pre-wedding session and three hours at the reception.
Can they photograph a small wedding or elopement?
Yes. Couples can book two or three hours to cover the ceremony and family photos and then portraits of just the two of you on location, with prices from $1,180.
How many photos will we get?
The aim is roughly 60 finished photos for every hour of coverage, depending on the size of the wedding. The focus is on well-edited images that tell the story rather than thousands of repeats.
