About Lake View Room @ Venue 114
Venue 114 is an events and entertainment venue on Sportsmans Parade in Bokarina, sitting on the edge of Lake Kawana. It runs 18 hireable spaces, from meeting rooms to large halls, and the Lake View Room is the one it promotes for private celebrations. The Lake View Room is a large function space looking straight out over the lake. It takes up to 200 guests, has polished timber floors and air conditioning, and opens onto its own open-air balcony. A kitchenette with a bar servery sits within the room, and a projector, screen and smart TV are built in for speeches or slideshows. The room is wheelchair accessible and staff are on site during events. Venue 114 pitches the room for birthday parties, engagement parties, baby showers, Christmas functions and smaller weddings. It also suits workshops, meetings and business lunches during the day. Venue 114's own team can manage the event, including catering, plus ticketing, advertising and in-house production for larger shows.
