About Sunshine Coast Stadium
Sunshine Coast Stadium is the main ground of the Kawana sports precinct on Sportsmans Parade in Bokarina. Alongside game days and concerts, its hospitality team runs functions in three kinds of space, from a staged foyer to private boxes in the grandstand. The Stadium Foyer is an enclosed 150 square metre space on the ground floor. It has a large stage, a ceiling-mounted projector and screen, built-in AV and plenty of daylight, and the courtyard next door can host arrival drinks or a separate pre or post event gathering. The Corporate Lounge looks out over the playing field and the water of Lake Kawana through floor-to-ceiling glass. It has a covered outdoor area and a large terrace, which makes a good spot for drinks at sunset after a meeting or presentation. Both the foyer and the lounge hold up to 100 guests cocktail style. Seated, the foyer takes 60 for a banquet and 80 theatre style, while the lounge suits 24 at a banquet or 50 in theatre rows. Six corporate boxes sit in the grandstand, each with undercover space and sectioned seating. Box 1 holds 30 and Box 6 holds 50, the smaller boxes take 9 to 12, and two pairs can be joined to fit 21. Menus are designed in house around seasonal, locally sourced produce and can be tailored to the group. Teams can also use the field, lake, gym and change rooms for team building before heading inside to eat.

How many people can the stadium host for a function?
The Stadium Foyer and the Corporate Lounge each hold up to 100 guests cocktail style. For a seated banquet, the foyer takes 60 and the lounge 24.
Can we book a corporate box for a game?
Yes. The grandstand has six corporate boxes with undercover space and their own seating section. They range from 9 to 50 guests, and Boxes 2 and 3 or 4 and 5 can be combined for 21.
Is there AV for presentations?
The foyer has a stage, a ceiling-mounted data projector and screen, and in-house AV. The Corporate Lounge also has built-in AV for meetings and functions.
Who provides the catering?
Food and drinks come from the stadium's own team, who design seasonal menus using local produce and adjust them to suit each group.
Can the stadium host a Christmas party?
Yes. The venue lists annual Christmas celebrations among the functions it hosts, in the foyer, the lounge or a corporate box. Send an enquiry with your numbers to check dates.
