About Currimundi Hotel
Currimundi Hotel is a long-running local on Buderim Street in Currimundi, a short stroll from the beach. Inside there is a bistro, a sports bar and a gaming lounge, with a large beer garden out the back. For functions the hotel offers several areas rather than one closed room. The bistro bar seats 130 or holds more than 300 standing, and the beer garden seats 170 or takes upwards of 400 on their feet. The sports bar fits 100 seated or 150-plus standing and has two pool tables. Smaller semi-private spots include The Shed, the picnic area and the public bar, each suited to a more modest group. Every function area can use the venue's audio-visual setup for speeches, slideshows or music. Sport plays on 18 screens around the pub, which makes it an easy pick for a grand final get-together. Set menus are served alternate drop, with two courses at $60 per person or three at $75, and each course has dietary options. Stand-up crowds can order share platters such as antipasto, seafood, party pies, wings and pizza. Drinks can run on a capped bar tab, a cash bar or a timed package in Standard, Premium or Deluxe tiers. You can bring your own cake with no cakeage fee, and there is parking on site behind the hotel.
