About Copperhead Restaurant Brewery
Copperhead Restaurant Brewery is a brew pub on Kauri Street in Cooroy, in the Noosa hinterland. Parking is at the rear, reached from Pearl Street. The brewery makes small batches of beer that are only sold across its own bar, never wholesaled. Around seven regular beers sit on tap beside a rotating line of experimental brews, all unfiltered and made without preservatives or fining agents. The dining room has an industrial feel, with an open bar and kitchen and contemporary furniture. It seats up to 130 guests, and canapé functions can run for up to 150. Groups of 30 or more can book a set menu served alternate drop, with three choices per course. Two courses cost $55 or $60 per person and three courses $75 per person, while canapé packages for 40 to 150 guests are $45 per person for eight pieces or $55 per person for ten. To take over the whole venue, a minimum spend applies, which food and drinks count towards. It is $6,000 from 4pm Monday to Thursday, $10,000 from 4pm on Friday and Saturday, and $8,000 for a Sunday lunch or evening slot, and it can vary in peak periods such as Easter and school holidays. Alongside the beer there is a full bar, cocktails and a long wine list. Send an enquiry through the functions form to check dates.
