About Cibaria Noosa
Cibaria Noosa is an Italian restaurant and bar inside the Elysium resort on Hastings Street, Noosa Heads. The kitchen is built around a series of Italian counters, from antipasti and cured meats to pasta, wood-fired dishes and grilled steaks. For celebrations there are three main options. The Terrazza is a glassed room beside the resort's lily ponds, with bi-fold windows along its full length that fold right back. It has heaters and fans so it works in any season. Taken exclusively, the Terrazza seats up to 78 guests or holds around 160 for a standing event, and smaller semi-exclusive sections suit more modest numbers. Bar Capri, the venue's street-front cocktail bar, can be hired outright for 80 to 200 guests, and its mezzanine fits a party of 8 to 12 for aperitivo. Menus are designed for sharing. Choose from canapé packages, Italian family-style set menus, plated two to four course menus, or food stations such as a live pasta counter, antipasti spread, cheese, seafood and cannoli, with stations needing at least 30 guests. Drinks run on packages of two or four hours across three tiers of Italian and Australian wine, prosecco and beer, plus a non-alcoholic option. An all-in Terrazza package bundles spritz, canapés, antipasti, a pasta station and four hours of drinks. The all-inclusive Terrazza package is $200 or $260 per person. A minimum spend applies to exclusive Terrazza bookings, which need a $2,000 deposit and full prepayment, and a 10% service charge is added to function bills.
Food
Food stations for 30 or more guests include pasta, antipasti, cured meats, cheese, seafood, oysters, cannoli and a cake table. Vegetarian and vegan set menus are offered, and cakes can be pre-ordered or brought in for a cakeage fee.
